While I am proud of things like running the top women’s health and fitness magazine in the world, being a published author, making numerous TV appearances, and hosting countless high profile celebrities, I am even more proud of my life offline.

I am unapologetically me in everything I create, even my morning smoothies. I don’t do fake or inauthentic, and you’ll never catch me talking about something I don’t truly believe in.

 
 
 
 

My Mission

My mission is to simplify fitness, nutrition, and health, helping women take steps toward feeling a little better today than they did yesterday. I believe that movement is a celebration. We don’t chase a finish line: We create a lifestyle. One where movement fuels joy, discipline creates confidence, and progress is measured in how we feel—mentally, emotionally—not just how we physically perform. True strength is built, together, because motivation grows in community.

And I draw on my two decades of experience to help you move, eat, learn, and grow so that you feel amazing inside and out.
